Back home

Well, this is what I think it is life quality. Just had a great weekend, now back to work. Saturday afternoon picked up my car and drove down to Lisbon (I say down loosely but it should read south), and went to meet a friend of mine that was giving a merengue workshop, hanged around for a bit then had to go off to meet the friend in which place I was gona sleep that night, he was at a girl friend's house and they invited me to a nice and pleasant balcony dinner at midnight with a great vista to Lisbon and the river, then off to a salsa party at a beach bar. That was so intimidating that I didn't even had the courage to dance, was just like a rookie basketball player watching a NBA trainning. On sunday spent the afternoon just hanging around in Lisbon downtown, and checking some cd stores, etc. Had a Shoarma dinner, then ended the night at a Cape Vert music concert with Lura and Tito Paris, in an outdoor concert in a very nice place. Well, night didn't just ended there, I was with a couple of friends, one of which is in Germany so I haven't saw him for a while, so it was like chat chat chat in the parking lot 'till 4am, that was when I decided that I wasn't sleeping in lisbon that night cos I was working the next day, so after it driving 130km back home in my metal steed. Overall I had a great weekend with my friends that I'm seing less and less often, sorry if I missed anyone.

Pico - Açores

This is surely one of the photographs I most enjoyed shooting, not only for the immense beauty of it but because we had to wake up at 5am that day to climb the mountain with our shepperd guide, that we had to wait for to leave disco. And to those two guys that decided to stay asleep that morning. Look at what you've missed.

Eve Online - Cold War Edition

SuperPlay GULDPIXELN 2003: Online Game of the year

It turned out to be an Icelandic company that would show the world how a MMORPG is supposed to be. EVE Online is an epic journey through the universe and sets an example for other game developers.

And this is how I spend some of my free time, and me wonders how me never gets a date, arrr.

Welcome

Hey everyone. Wether you came here by accident, which would be the most likely reason or I just sent you an email pleading to visit my blog, feel welcome here. You can leave your comments about music, cinema, eve, just about anything...
By now I feel I should introduce myself, I'm Paulo, I'm from Portugal, 29 years old, teach guitar at the moment and I play in a band, an no, I don't wanna be a pop start, just glad I can play music and that people can hear it. Eventually I plan of finishing my neverending schollar degree in Sport Sciences.
I will try and share with you my experiences and things I enjoy, and I'll try to keep this not a dedicated Frank Zappa site, as there are many already.
Enjoy, hope you like this. And mange tak for the visit.
